About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sailing Instructor to assist with our sailing program and deliver exceptional training to students of all levels. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified instructor to take on a leadership role within our international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality sailing courses and training to students
• Ensure all activities meet RYA standards and international school safety protocols
• Help to maintain boats, equipment
• Coordinate with school management and parents regarding student progress
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all sailing activities
• Support the school's broader co-curricular program objectives

Essential Qualifications

• RYA Senior Instructor qualification
• Current First Aid certification

Desirable Qualifications

• RYA Powerboat Instructor qualification
• STCW 95 certification
• Driving License
• Experience working with children and young people in an educational setting
