Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It):

• Jet Into Action: Pick up orders from shore hubs and blast them out to hungry boaters on the water – short, exciting runs that keep the adrenaline pumping!
• Be the Hero: Deliver with a smile, ensure orders are secure, and collect those sweet tips from grateful crews.
• Flexible Freedom: Gig on your schedule – weekends, late afternoon to sunset, or whenever the tide calls. Perfect for college students, weekend warriors, or anyone hustling for fun cash.
• Safety First, Fun Always: Navigate safely, follow water rules, and make every drop-off a splash hit!

What You Bring to the Crew:

• Age 21+ with a valid driver's license and boating safety certification (USCG-approved preferred).
• Your own reliable JetSki (must be in top shape – no leaky ships!).
• Comfortable on the water, with strong swimming skills and a love for watersports.
• Reliable phone with GPS for our app to track gigs.
• Positive vibe, customer service swagger, and readiness for fun at every stop!

Treasure Awaits (Pay & Perks):

• Earn Like a Boss: $15 per delivery + all the tips you rake in (boaters tip big for wave-side service!). Average gigs last 20-30 mins – stack 'em up for serious side income!

Important Legal Lingo (Keeping It Compliant):
This is an independent contractor position under 1099 rules – you'll report your earnings directly to the IRS, with no tax withholding from us. As a gig worker, you're responsible for your own insurance, including liability and any personal coverage for water activities. Note: This role does not qualify as employment under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA), as it involves independent, non-employee maritime delivery services. You're in charge of your safety gear and compliance with local boating laws – we provide app-based training to keep things smooth and legal!
