Dock & Customer Service Coordinator

Conch Charters is looking for a Dock & Customer Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for preparing yachts ready for charter and providing a high level of customer service.  You will work with other members of staff to ensure yachts are turned around between charters in-line with the company’s standards. You will brief customers before their charter and after their return, as well as assist with any queries they may have.

The ideal candidate will have a RYA Yacht Masters license; demonstrate knowledge of yachts similar those in Conch Charters fleet; experience in a customer service position; ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and over weekends and public holidays.  BVI islanders or belongers preferred.
