What We’re Looking For

•    A female instructor (we have many female students who prefer a female coach).

•    Fluent English speaker required; French/Spanish an advantage but not essential.

•    Professional, mature, positive, team-first attitude; personality and attitude matters as much as experience.

•    Able to adapt your teaching style for discovery lessons and returning students (we have many).

•    Comfortable taking student videos for coaching and progress tracking.

•    Happy to do your share of paid beach duty and operate the jet-ski safety craft (full training provided)

•    Ready to settle in and be part of a tight, happy three-person kite team and bigger overall team where vibes stay high.

•    Willing to support with kayak/SUP trips when needed — full training provided.
