Assistant Center Manager (m/f/d) Planet Allsports Boavista - Cape Verde

Planet Allsports is looking for you!For our surf school on Boa Vista (Cape Verde), we are looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Center Manager (m/f/d) starting October 2026 for a long-term collaboration.
📍 Location: Boa Vista, Cape Verde
📅 Period: Seasonal position (mid-October to mid-April)👉 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the Center Manager in the daily operations of the station
• Coordinating courses, equipment, and daily logistics
• Assisting with team organization and staff scheduling
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and high service quality
• Customer service and sales of courses and activities
• Maintenance, repair, and care of sports equipment
• Taking responsibility for the station in the absence of the Center Manager
• Working closely with management and contributing to the continuous development of the station

🏄 YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in watersports, tourism, hospitality, or a comparable operational role
• First experience in team coordination or leadership is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Practical/technical skills and craftsmanship
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• High level of customer and service orientation
• Reliable team player with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility

Language skills:

• Fluent in German and English
• Additional languages such as Italian, Portuguese, French, etc. are a plus
