Planet Allsports is looking for you!
For our surf school on Boavista (Cape Verde), we are looking for an experienced and motivated Center Manager / Station Manager (m/f/d) starting October 2026 for a long-term collaboration.📍 Location: Boa Vista, Cape Verde
📅 Zeitraum: Seasonal position (mid-October to mid-April)👉 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Full responsibility for the daily operations of the station
Organization and coordination of courses, equipment, and team
Team leadership, motivation, and staff scheduling
Ensuring smooth workflows and high service quality
Customer service and sales of courses and activities
Maintenance, repair, and care of equipment
Close cooperation with management

🏄 YOUR PROFILE

Proven experience as a station manager or in a comparable leadership role (required)
Hands-on mentality with strong all-rounder skills
Practical/technical skills and craftsmanship
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
High level of customer and service orientation
Team player with leadership qualities
Language skills:
- Fluent in German and English
- Additional languages such as Italian, Portuguese, etc. are a plus
