Kitesurfing, Wingfoiling, Windsurfing Instructors, Portugal

Hey everyone, 
We are now looking for instructors for the 2026 summer season (June to mid-September). We are a Sailing, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, and Wingfoiling centre based in the Obidos Lagoon, Portugal, one of the most beginner-friendly spots in Europe. We have one position open for each of these sports, and this is what to expect:
-Most lessons are for full beginners in these sports; patience, politeness and pedagogical skills are a must;
-Super easy spot, no currents, no waves, sideshore wind and plenty of waist-high sandbanks to teach;-Full facilities at the centre, with restaurant, showers and changing rooms, lounging area, and repair centre;
-The spot is very consistent at this time of the year, with wind usually ranging between 10 to 25 knots, teachable almost every day.
-Expect to teach between 4 and 6 hours per day. Ideally, 5 to 6 days a week;
-Very close to Foz do Arelho and Caldas da Rainha, where all necessary services are. Shops, markets, supermarkets, bars, etc (look it up on maps, to know what to expect);
-At the end of the lagoon, there is the wave spot and a world-class beach! Also, Peniche is 30 minutes away, you can surf every day (although we need fit and fresh instructors on working days);
-For kitesurfing, private and 2 on 1 lessons;
-For windsurfing, lessons for between 1 and 8 people.
-For Sailing, lessons between 1 and 8 people on Hobie Cats (13 and 16 models).
-For Wingfoiling , private to 5 people lessons;

Please let us know your level of comfort and how much you can handle. If you only feel comfortable with fewer people, that can be okay, as long as discussed in advance.

-For salary, you can expect the industry standard for commission-based arrangements. Some instructors prefer a fixed salary, for a fixed number of hours, to have more security and an easily organised schedule. That is up to you and should be discussed during the interview. Meals at the restaurant and some other perks like equipment killer prices are also some benefits of the work, but to be discussed in advance.
