Job Description

Pool & Waterfront
Counselors lead activities like kayaking, canoeing, sailing, paddleboarding, waterskiing, swim instruction, and more on Newfound Lake and in our pool. Lifeguard certification is provided through the American Red Cross.All of our staff:
• Live in a cabin with campers and co-counselors (a true immersive experience!)
• Plan and lead activities based on their area of expertise
• Work closely with a supportive leadership team to create a positive, adaptive environment
